Yes! Jane Francis offers in-person school visits, as well as library appearances and author events.

Drawing on her experience as a reading and math tutor (and a childhood spent on a farm surrounded by beloved animals), Jane brings her stories to life through engaging read-alouds, lively conversation, and fun, interactive activities. Young readers are invited to explore the wonderful world of animals and nature while discovering meaningful lessons about friendship, kindness, sharing, confidence, and caring for one another.

Each visit is designed to nurture curiosity, encourage a love of reading, and help children recognize the important life lessons tucked inside everyday adventures. Most of all, Jane hopes young readers leave feeling a little more confident in themselves, a little kinder toward others, and a little more curious about the wonderful world around them.

Jane’s school visits are especially well suited for preschool and elementary school students. Through engaging read-alouds, interactive conversation, and fun activities, she encourages children to develop a love of reading, explore the wonderful world of animals and nature, and discover important lessons about friendship, kindness, sharing, and caring for others.

Jane's  visits are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and help children recognize the meaningful lessons hidden within everyday adventures.

While her books are created with young readers in mind, Jane also enjoys connecting with families, educators, librarians, and fellow animal and nature lovers who believe in the power of stories to help children learn, grow, and see the world with greater kindness and curiosity.
